Before You Start: It is suitable for use on solid wood doors, sturdy metal doors, and solid concrete walls along the corridor with a thickness greater than 1.96in/5cm. Warning: 1, DO NOT install on glass doors, cracked walls, or decorative molded door frames with fillers. 2, DO NOT swing, bounce, or perform tricks on the bar. Misuse may cause serious injury.
Installation Guide: Adjust length by rotating both ends to fit doorway. Position at desired height and rotate center until secure. Lock by sliding end rings inward, then rotating buckles clockwise and pressing down. For permanent setup, optionally insert nails through rubber rings into wall before attaching ends. Please refer to the manual for detailed instructions. Do not use the bar if it is not installed exactly as directed, and always check its stability before each use to prevent accidents.
